🌳 Medium Garden Design – £1,000

Recommended for projects where cohesion, materials, and cost planning are essential.

Includes everything in Small Garden, plus:

• Detailed survey including levels (where required)

• 3D modelling to visualise scale and function

• Collaborative feedback sessions

• Material sample service (delivered to your home)

• Detailed Bill of Quantities

• Material palette recommendations

This tier provides visual clarity and structured cost planning to reduce change orders and protect your build budget.

🌲 Large Garden Design – £1,800

Highly recommended for complex or higher-value projects (£75,000+).

Includes everything in Medium Garden, plus:

• Topographical considerations

• Soil and sub-soil analysis (trial pits & pH testing where required)

• Detailed construction drawings

• Formal tender pack preparation

• Phase planning strategy

• Specification suitable for multi-contractor bidding

6. Tender or Build Stage
   The completed specification can:
